Mainly to educate and prepare myself for getting involved in the political sphere when I hit 30 in a few years.

i'm a math major, have no social skill, never had a girlfriend in my life, khv, refuse to make eye contact but don't know where to look when talking so I don't talk. im also a frog poster. Everything I read— novels, history, philosophy, whatever, is really just a way to escape real life, because real life is for the most part a giant pain in the ass. But books take me to new and better worlds of imagination and ideas. And I can do it lying in bed which is a plus.

It’s really all about laziness. When I was a younger man, I really identified with Tennyson’s Ulysses. I was ambitious and wanted to achieve. Now, at 35, I am 100% lotos eater: “There is no joy but calm.”
