Marx is basically the only important one, though Stirner, Bauer, and Feuerbach are definitely interesting. Honorable mention to Engels.

Hegel was based but the Young Hegelians were correct in their critique of Absolute Idealism. Once the inherent conservatism of Absolute Idealism is cast out, Hegelianism becomes powerful for forming progressive narratives and is very powerful at describing change in the world in terms of these narratives. In my opinion, Marx basically ended up inverting Hegel in exactly the right way (largely thanks to an empirical mindset) to be as correct as he was with his theories.
