>what the fuck did he mean by this?
Whenever Fyodor was asked this question he would raise his index finger and edifyingly proclaim "Correlation does NOT imply causation!". This led to him not being welcome in Russian noble circles for years after publication and Tsar even threatened to imprison him again if he comes back. When he eventually had to return because he lost all his money, he had to go around apologizing A LOT.

*part of an actual 2000-era rap my pastor created to attract young people to the church and away from nihilism in the wake of columbine, surprised there isn't video of it

in 11th grade, my AP English Comp class had a Great Gatsby essay, and the placeholder conclusion ended
>That's just one of the things that makes Gatsby so Great.
I actually forgot about it being a placeholder and almost turned it in like that. ended up remembering last minute though, so I didn't have to deal with the embarrassment of turning something like that in

I'm almost certain I saw a video that rap posted in a /lit/ thread maybe around 2014.

If it was not the same guy it was a very similar inspiration, and comparably terrible lines.

That would legit be a great starting line if the following paragraphs are written in kind.
