Kind of, Nietzsche was reacting against the context of and his ideas largely had to do with a thoroughly Judaic-Christian culture, he wrote off large portions of Greek thought like Neoplatonism for example. The best example we have of Indo-European metaphysics would be the philosophical/metaphysical speculations of the Vedas and Upanishads, so the best place to begin would be to start studying Hindu philosophy like Vedanta and the other darshanas. The Avestas are also very indo-european but are more devotional than metaphysical, but worth a read nonetheless. Neoplatonism also represent a flowering of indo-european metaphysics as well but the connection is less direct than with the Indians.

A good Indo-European metaphysics reading list would be:

The Upanishads and Bhagavad-Gita
the literature of classic Advaita Vedanta including their commentaries on the above texts
The Avestas
Plato & Plotinus
Later Neoplatonists like Porphyry and Iamblichus
Dumézil
books on the pythagoreans, Greek/Roman mystery cults
The Norse Eddas

No, but I'm not sure "Indo-European" is really the right classification. He is the most thorough antithesis to Platonism and Semitic ideologies there is.
