Yes
it's crazy shit and worth to read even if only just to see how he fucks with you using the page layout itself
It's also legitimately scary at parts. The Johnny Truant stories are fucked up, as are the Pelafina letters.
Trying to unravel every meaning and mystery is great.
So, worth it.

It's gimmicky. The experiments of form are done for their own sake, not for any reason. Very shallow experience, but might have novelty value for you if you haven't read any books that experiment with form and layout and text.
