In that case, I would start by reading Land's seminal "The Dark Enlightenment". In it, Land tentatively engages with many of Moldbug's insights. It would mark a critical turning point in Land's intellectual development.

Not OP. I've read Plato, Aristotle, Epicurus, Epictetus, Sextus Empiricus, Plotinus, St. Augustine, Boethius, St. Anselm, St. Thomas Aquinas, William of Ockham, Francis Bacon, Rene Descartes, Thomas Hobbes, Baruch Spinoza, John Locke, Gottfried Leibniz, George Berkeley, David Hume, Immanuel Kant, Johann Gottlieb Fichte, parts of Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit, Logic, all of the Philosophy of History, a few works by Marx, all of Nietzsche's major works, and Ludwig Wittgenstein's Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus and Philosophical Investigations.
Do you think it would be a good idea to read Husserl, Freud, Heidegger, and Foucault prior to D&G?

Wouldn't this whole fucking board go up in flames if one fucking person explained Bataille in a legit and reasonable manner. Bataille is seriously the key to this boards problems, and none will recover from his views. Also, Bataille is fucking retarded for being actually base, and I will go to my grave not understanding him. Is it like sublimation and nihilism combine to produce gods? Or is this just Neitsche-lite, or repurposed Catholicism? Why read The thirst for Annihilation and any of Bataille?

Moldbug is at least 1-2 standard deviations smarter than Deleuze. And you read Mises when you read Moldbug, which means you are reading Kant by proxy; and Land himself said that the reason to read Kant is to read Mises (Moldbug):

The ones I remember and understood the best were Plato's Meno, Parmenides, Descartes' Meditations on the First Philosophy, Hume's two Enquiries, and Kant's three Critiques.
I have a generally sketchy memory of the rest of them, since I mostly rely on my notes to remind myself of their key points and arguments.
Fichte and Hegel are still pretty fresh in my mind, since I read them less than a month ago, but I wouldn't say I actually took in what they were saying, except in relation to the Pre-Socratics, Plato, Leibniz, and Kant.
The only work I didn't understand back when I first read it, but that made sense when I went back through it was Aristotle's Metaphysics.

When it comes to moral philosophy, or issues related to the way human life ought to be lived, I think the ones I got the most out of were Plato, Epictetus, and Kant. I believe human beings should remain satisfied with the way are and should never attempt to go past their natural limits. Rejecting one's human-ness in hopes of advancing progress or reaching greater processing capacity is an unforgiveable sin in my eyes. For me, truth exists for human minds and human minds only.

It isn't easy to explain Bataille, but you are close to his main point. Like all philosophers he has a main idea, for Bataille that is sacrifice and the immediate experience.

Bataille's theoretical writings are worth a read even without Land afterwards. He is seriously underrated. His most important works imo are his writings on Hegel and Death, the Accursed Share and on Religion
