That's literally the exact opposite of what it's written like. I mean, I can tell you don't like communism (I don't either), but get a grip. It's honestly one of the best books if you want to contextualize that particular period in history, even if you disregard the political theory, which is sober and realistic for the time, even if you disagree with everything.

This is basically what Rand is saying here; (*)Institutions are nothing more than a conglomerate of weak genotypes teaming up to guarantee their survival. These people need institutions for food and security, for their own survival.

Just because private property has been historically tangled with "civilization" or "progress" doesn't mean it is some sort of inherent metaphysical quality of it. You could have said the exact same thing about organized religion before somewhere around the Renaissance or the Enlightenment in Europe, and yet here we are, more civilized and secular than ever.

We are now living in the wake of that movement But marxism still has a hold on the west like a native american would a white man’a dick in a nineteenth century picture. Marx did more than anyone else to destroy the west and completely derailed the halthy influence neitzsche had had on our society. We will not have fully done away with the marxist disease until women and all non-whites take their place in the natural western hierarchy.

yep. the problem is that the manifesto was written before Marx really fleshed out his analysis of capitalism, so what it prescribes is a series of half-baked, milquetoast regulative policies that later-Marx would dismiss as utopian. the problem is that it's often the only thing people getting into Marxism read.

You should read the critique of the philosophy of right and the e/p manuscripts. Marx's thought was plenty "fleshed out" by 1848 and these sorts of takes on the manifesto ("it's just some random pamphlet for retarded workers") are lacking in nuance.
