No, that would make me a possible schizophrenic. My mind just happens to connect ideas and it uses language for this, most of the time. Some other times I think in terms of images. I could be reading a book while also thinking on its possible ramifications. But this girl incident was spooky for me, I thought NPCs were just a meme. I really can't imagine what is it like.
