Rape is a myth. The binary between "bad" rapist and "believable and good" rape victim needs to be deconstructed, as its geneaology is rooted in enlightenment epistemology. It's socially constructed by the the alleged rape victim. Think about what this means, someone is doing the social constructing of the rape. Either western enlightenment ideology of academia, sniff, or some person that was "raped". In the first case, the Westerner impinges their own view of what sex entails. Many tribes outside the west forcefully take women after raiding their villages, and so it has always been before western colonial juridicial systems tried to categorize these diverse acts of sex by black bodies and the other. Much of Europe was founded by Viking rape. The legal construct of "rape" is a sort of documenting, rationalist epistemology of larger scale biological flows. In the second case of social construction, when you phenomenologically bracket off being vaginally or anally penetrated, no singular person is actually raped. There is no biological individual, hence no person to be raped.
