I'm currently working on a novel, and i need resources to write the romance. The problem is, the romance is supposed to have ~20 years age gap, and i have no idea how to believably portray it. Any book recommendations that also feature this type of relationship in a believable way, so i can get a good idea how those relationships work?

I think he meant woman in her 20's, man in his 40's-50's; man in his 20's, woman in her 40's or 50's, pedos

>drawing inspiration from a work of fiction

Cool facsimile of a facsimile will be very authentic.

My relationship is 33m/63m and the relationship works just like any other, but we're both fairly discrete about it. Probably best not to write about things you don't understand.

there'd be fuck all books, fiction or non-fiction if anyone listened to you.

I didn't say you have to write about what you've experienced. I'm saying that 3rd hand information is probably not going to be authentic and you shouldn't waste your effort unless you really, properly understand a topic.

>durr that's dum tho
Yeah okay champ.

I don't think I've ever come across this book on /lit/. There's a scene where the teenage protagonist locks eyes with his teenage "girlfriend" as she is getting fucked by her actual boyfriend, a man old enough for said protagonist to previously believe him to be her father.
Tesich's two novels are depressingly underrated
