So I've been going through all of the books in the above pic and loving every single one of them. Are there any other books that are similarly difficult to or"Exit-Level"?

Exit level doesn't mean hard, it means depressing. Like after reading all of them you'll want to exit life.

Really? I thought it meant the opposite of entry-level.

>Stoner
>A Short History of Decay

What an awful chart, those aren't exit-level lit in the slightest. I've had to read The Leopard when I was like 15, it wasn't difficult to understand or read through given some context.
If you want some REAL exit-level lit, you should try Hilarotragoedia (which, unfortunately, doesn't exist in English, but oh well) or Gottfried Benn's writings.

Entry level and exit level don't refer to the difficulty of the read. It's all about the popularity of the work.

Touché, I guess. Seems like you have the better deal out of the two. Did you study him as a poet? I only had the chance to read his short fiction and some of his essays, which I found brilliant, and I have no idea if it was due to the translator or to whatever other cause but his prose was beautifully complex, so I wonder how the poetry holds up.
