I did this once for high school assignment on the Australian novel named CloudStreet, only needed the first 1/3rd of the story to predict the rest through motifs and plot points. Made heavy annotations and decided that I would pass it on to another student to copy off. From what I heard it's still making rounds in someones hands at highschool. I got a 98% on the essay for it.
