>'Thus, thus,' quoth Forrest 'girdling one another
>Within their alabaster innocent arms.
>Their lips were four red roses on a stalk,
>And in their summer beauty kiss'd each other.
>A book of prayers on their pillow lay;
>Which once,' quoth Forrest 'almost chang'd my mind;
>But, O, the devil'-there the villain stopp'd;
>When Dighton thus told on: 'We smothered
>The most replenished sweet work of nature

you just said why women who sexually misconducted themselves aren't held to the same standard.
Men aren't as inclined to make a big deal about it, probably because men have numerous physical advantages over women, so naturally women's survival instincts kick in heavier when approached by a creepy or aggressive dude than a man's does when approached by a creepy or aggressive chick.
Men are a greater potential threat to women than women are to men, so it's coded into them to be bothered and feel endangered by uncomfortable social situations far more deeply than men are. If that grief is forced to stay bottled up it will grow into resentment and explode into the shitshow we're seeing today.
Can you point me to examples of women, particularly famous women, who have sexually misconducted themselves but who have yet to be reported?
Also, can I get a rec for pic related?

How would I give you reported examples of things that haven't been reported? The most I could give you is educated guessing.

This appeal to biology also works both ways. If men are assumed to be physically greater, then couldn't a woman's necessary weakness be a tool of violent deception? Why shouldn't I be afraid that I'll be stabbed during intercourse so this "creepy" woman can satisfy her lust for metaphorical, sexual vengeance? Before you answer: the reason is, because it would be irrational paranoia.

The stabbed during intercourse thing would be a comparable fear if people were (literally) stabbed during intercourse as often as rape occured (and this isn't even accounting for less extreme forms of sex abuse). Women getting bloody revenge on men is so rare and so scandalous that some hick cunt from assfuck no where will be on the front pages of the tabloids and be talked about for months for killing her husband. Rape, on the otherhand, is a routine part of the world.
It's irrational to compare the fact that women can deceive and kill you during intercourse to the fact that 50% of the population is substantially weaker than the other 50%, because anyone of either gender can stab another person during intercourse (or at literally any time), but the world's strongest woman will always be weaker than the world's most average man, and therefore, baring the involvement of guns (Feminists not embracing gun rights is possibly the dumbest aspect of the movement), if any man on the street gets the opportunity to take her and decides to do so, there's little she can do to stop it.
It's an extremely real problem for women all over the world, and while bad women cause problems, the damage bad men can do is substantially worse and of a wider variety (ever heard of mass war-rapes committed by women?).

Wing Chun was invented by a woman. Speed and flexibility give the most power in combat, not brute force. Body builders get fucked up by people who study martial arts. And the idea that the world's strongest woman is no where near as strong as an average man is nonsense, anyway.

A woman who cares enough about her safety to learn to defend herself could easily beat the shit out of most rapists, who are by definition such frustrated weaklings in their accepted society that they turn to forced sex as a way to make them feel more powerful.

Unfortunately, female victim-hood is inculcated by feminists, statists, and biological essentialists like yourself, so it isn't any wonder most women (who, like most men, couldn't think clearly to save their lives) believe the nonsense that they're natural born victims who need a literal or figurative big daddy for protection.

>A woman who cares enough about her safety to learn to defend herself could easily beat the shit out of most rapists, who are by definition such frustrated weaklings
that's an extremely optimistic view of the reality of men and women and I'm happy most women don't seem to agree with it.
>Speed and flexibility give the most power in combat, not brute force
Men are faster than women, in every physical way, and have faster reaction times and better eye-sight. Flexibility-wise, men have some slight disadvantages that can be compensated for with practice. In terms of all things violent, men are superior.
> female victim-hood is inculcated by feminists, statists, and biological essentialists
I was curious about what your politics was. muh essentialism is a meme argument created by feminists, by the way. There's nothing essentialist about talking of averages. the average woman is weaker than the average man, which is the only thing that matters to the average woman. expecting the average woman to know martial arts seems like the least rational way of dealing with the power difference between men and women; It takes time, money and innate skill not all women have. Also, they're not natural born victims, and they don't have to be victims period, but women aren't going to magically turn into your (I assume photoshopped) pic related just by believing in themselves, as you seem to be suggesting. Women will always need physical protection by men (or something similar) from men, and if this necessary aspect of daily life comes in the form of the state, then that's how it comes.

Why, because offering your "protection" to women makes you feel bigger, or something? It's not optimistic at all, it's a statement of a correct hypothetical case; a woman who knows basic martial arts will kick the shit out of most men who don't, regardless of their raw potential for speed and power. This has nothing to do with the sex of either party. If most women agreed with my view, they would learn to defend themselves, and there would be fewer rapes, if we are both considering rapists to be people who are so mentally weak that they can't achieve power by (vast and manifold) socially acceptable means. I am not contending that this is likely, because as I already noted, people hate to think. But this affliction is equally present in both sexes, as far as I can see.

>In terms of all things violent, men are superior.
Except in psychological deception, in which they receive much more training than men, and which is the fundamental basis of warfare and martial prowess.

I won't even quote that block of garbage, but giving men social license to use their apparently innate physical superiority over women in the name of quelling the use of this physical superiority strikes me as the definition of an irrational contradiction in terms.

>If most women agreed with my view, they would learn to defend themselves
Neat. They're wired to do otherwise though, and, again, not all women have the money, time, and mental ability to learn basic martial arts. Also, theoretically, if when the average woman learns basic martial arts men do the same, the issue would be back at square one. To me, developing a skill with fire-arms would seem to be a more feasable alternative, but it wouldn't solve the whole problem, and in fact it would create a bunch more.
>if we are both considering rapists to be people who are so mentally weak
I'm not considering rapists to be anything other than rapists, though it's funny how you call me a biological essentialist on women yet use evo-psych talking points about rapists
>giving men social license to use their apparently innate physical superiority over women in the name of quelling the use of this physical superiority strikes me as the definition of an irrational
Only if you think I'm saying that women shouldn't or don't trust every single man, or if, somehow, you come to think that the men who women stick as a defensive measure are the same men they're taking measures to defend against. If you're a very important guy and you're travelling through a messy part of town, you travel with a body guard. You trust the gun toting guys protecting you because you don't trust the hypothetical gun toting guys out to get you. You're not going to be opposed to all forms of gun toting.

>or if, somehow, you come to think that the men who women stick as a defensive measure are the same men they're taking measures to defend against.
The statistics on rape in marriage are quite disconcerting in non-Western areas, as far as I'm aware. The bodyguard metaphor is a false one because the bodyguard would not be paid in full if he tried to rob his sponsor for pocket change, whereas the only incentive a person "in power" has not to force himself upon someone (if he wants to) is the threat of getting caught, which lessens the more powerful he becomes, because he exerts more control over the apparatus used to catch rapists.

if the average man and the average woman have basic combat training, then the average person has basic combat training, therefore the average rapist has basic combat training, which was my point. this is assuming that basic combat training is enough to compensate for women's physical disadvantages.
>Wouldn't a rapist have to be a sadist?
no. Getting off is the goal, not causing pain. all you need is a disregard for other people's feelings and dignity.
>whereas the only incentive a person "in power" has not to force himself upon someone (if he wants to) is the threat of getting caught
False, there's the price of self-disgust (disgust being the driving force of all morality), fear of hell, and the issue that these men might in fact be friends with the women who they hang around and protect. On the subject of the state, despite it's masculine role in this issue, it isn't entirely male nor female, and since women's voices are what drives the current predicament, the chances of a male abusing his power are reduced, especially since that's literally what all these current controversies are about. a lot of the controversies are centered around liberal or leftist, self proclaimed feminist men in power. I've seen women in some leftist groups even make explicit their distrust of men who claim to share their beliefs but never act on them

you're critical reading skills are awful, and most of your arguments against mine are you finding contradictions that aren't there.
People who feel self-disgust over the premise of committing rape don't have a disregard for other people's feelings and dignity. People without the ability to feel self-disgust (at least before doing something bad) lack regard for other people's feelings and dignity.
you'll find yourself having a better time talking to people with viewpoints that differ from yours if you don't assume that they're idiots and give them less than the minimum amount of attention needed to understand what they're saying.

If I had a nickel for every goddamn brainless oligophrenic shitstain who told me my reading skills are poor on this board, I would be a rich man. Let's now demonstrate as clearly as possible THAT YOU ARE A FUCKING IDIOT

Your argument:
>"People without the ability to feel self-disgust (at least before doing something bad) lack regard for other people's feelings and dignity."
>"People without the ability to feel self-disgust (at least before doing something bad) lack regard for other people's feelings and dignity."
>[to rape] "all you need is a disregard for other people's feelings and dignity."
>"False, there's the price of self-disgust"
>"disgust being the driving force of all morality"

So rapists lack the "driving force of all morality," and therefore, when placed in a position of power, would not in any way be induced to refrain from committing rape, but this driving force of morality and the "fear of hell" are supposed to provide exactly such an inducement. Your argument explicitly contradicts your intention.

No. It's just that actually paying someone a wage to build gothic cathedrals is hugely inefficient. Also the Bauhaus happened.
Old churches and fancy buildings get rebuilt and repaired all the time.

I've pointed out again and again how you've misrepresented what I was saying.
You need to get better conversationally. You keep gunning for 'gotchas even when there are none around, and all it does is make your side look worse. You don't 'win' a thing when you go out of your way to make people not want to talk to you
