who /brainlet/ here?

4????????????????????????????

Fuck me, that's unbelievable. I thought I was bad because I usually get through 20-30 pages of philosophical texts or difficult novels, or around 40 of an easier read per hour.

Honestly, an hero , or keep working at it.

Turn off your phone, computer, and tv. Don't care about time but a natural stopping point. Build up a routine time to read and try to focus more each day until it becomes easy.

Brain size has nothing to do with your short attention span.

Stop interneting and vidya gaming and read.

Buddy, I take an hour on a single paragraph of the german philosopher Nietzche, if you can do read four page/hour you are actually very fine.

It is bad because there is a 100000000000% chance that you don't read it properly, it is literally impossible to do 20-30 pages. 2-3 at best really.

No way. I gennerally challenge myself at goodreads to read 120-140 books per year, so I have to dedicate., can't spend too much time on just one book.

It really depends on what you are reading. You might also just be dyslexic if that's the case then maybe you should consider audiobooks.

Only if you read inefficiently. "Reasonable comprehension" at 3 pages per hour isn't a good speed. I would skim 30 pages per hour, practice active recall as much as possible, and then return with familiarity and some understanding to build comprehension. You'll comprehend at least twice the rate, and it will be more valuable time spent since you'll be more likely to remember what you've read.

lying on the internet is not nice.
if you do 10/hour, you’re fast.
