I don't know if anyone has done this, but I do it with all my books. Whenever I want to stop reading, I just take the page number and divide it by ten. I go to that page, rip it out, and use it as a bookmark. If I stop at page 60, I'll go to page 6 and use that as a bookmark.

The problem with people saying things like this is that those 20 seconds aren't localized, so tearing them out of the day isn't ACTUALLY adding 2 hours to your schedule, since you'll spend that 20 seconds doing nothing.
