Being alone is the only way to validate myself. Though I try to surround myself with others it's only so I can belong somewhere. But my happiness is only felt within my own skin and any disharmony to my being will interfere with that. People are accidental interlopers just looking to demonstrate to each other that they are real individuals with real purpose. Love is a sham because it's felt within, not in connection to someone else. To feel comfortable with someone else is an achievement and so by loving them I am really just congratulating myself. Nirvana is writing because in my books I am completely in control, and everything belongs to me. This is why I feel despots and tyrants are often the most maniacally happy people in history, because there often were no limitations to their control and validation. No one lives nobly; great deeds and innovations for humanity are mere accidents of our own quest for absolute validation and purpose. The saint gives because it heightens them, the tyrant subjugates because it strokes his ego, the martyr dies because no one can best the degree to which he is willing to go to accomplish greatness. Why is America considered the greatest place on Earth to live by so many? Because it promises that we can serve ourselves to any extent of our desire, and win. I don't know why I'm here but I know that finding myself in combination with placing myself in history creates the greatest joy imaginable, and this is why I write.

Your whole thinking is based on a fallacy, on a misunderstanding.

I call it the authenticity fallacy, because it states that there is no way to express one's subjective thoughts and desires objectively, and therefore no way to express oneself authentically. This makes you feel like you can only be authentic with yourself, and ever social interaction is a sham.
I think this authenticity fallacy comes from a certain inner pride, where you think you have an inexpressible profundity that cannot be communicated to mere plebs, and which sets you apart and alone from all humanity. Also, perhaps from timidity where you are too timid to express your thoughts in public.

A long with the authenticity fallacy there is the selfishness fallacy, which says that all our selfless acts directed towards others must have an ulterior selfish motive. Both of these fallacies come from the idea that it is impossible to express one's inner person in an outer way, so all outer expressions must be false. People who think this way seem to think that it is impossible to express thought in language.

Also, the authenticity fallacy is clearly a fallacy because it would render all speech inauthentic and therefore null. We would be trapped inside ourselves, unable to communicate ourselves to others, which would destroy the foundation of communication and philosophy. It's a variation on one of Gorgias' sophisms: "even if there is truth and it can be known, it is impossible to communicate itself." This statement refutes itself. If all expression is inauthentic then why express yourself? You have to remain perpetually silent.

Wittgenstein had something to say about that fallacy

There's an old word, "dissimulation", which means covering up one's actual thoughts and pretending one thinks or believes differently, "pretending to be someone you are not." If the authentic fallacy is true, then all our communication is dissimulation, which means that there is no difference between honesty and dishonesty. Shakespeare's character embrace this fallacy when they say things like, "all the world's a stage, and we are merely players."

No man is an island,
Entire of itself,
Every man is a piece of the continent,
A part of the main.
If a clod be washed away by the sea,
Europe is the less.
As well as if a promontory were.
As well as if a manor of thy friend's
Or of thine own were:
Any man's death diminishes me,
Because I am involved in mankind,
And therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls;
It tolls for thee.

i always think if the people who use the term "fallacy" in order to negate something knows that is a fallacy itself use the term like an authority.

Oh deer anon.

Just work out anyway bruh. Takes up about 30 mins 3 times a week if you hit the gym and you can read between sets. If you want to do cardio (as well) listen to an audiobook or something.

Just go to /fit/ and read the sticky, don't fall for the "Starting Strength is a meme" meme. A few of us have repopularised Reg Parks if you want to move out of t - Rex after. And don't worry too much about protein, if you notice you have more hair shedding you need to up it but you probs don't need to have 1g protein per lb bodyweight daily, it's overkill unless you're doing something specific.
