Has there been a more influential weiter in the horror genre than Mary Shelley?
She invented a new genre.
tfw you will never create a genre that will live on for centuries.

I wish there was better horror.

Frankenstein is very good but not because it disturbs you or anything like that
The monster at the end fleeing into the snow and ice was spooky won't lie

People talk so much about Lovecraft but it is shit. Nice ideas but dear god the delivery. Why.
