People create and write laws with ingroup preferences. I agree black people should not, and cannot be held to white legal and cultural standards. Therefore the answer is not tailoring the system to their required low standard, but divorcing, expelling, or removing them from the current system.

Despite decades of civil rights 'reforms' since 1964, American blacks have been getting worse and worse by every single metric. This phenomena is even shown in cities and nations where there has not been histories of Jim Crow or Slavery (Toronto specifically). So how many more billions of dollars will it take? How much more appeasement? How many black killers will not have their race reported on? How much more must we cover up racial crime statistics? How much more must we glorify black-women-owned business on navigation and restaurant review applications? How is this all working out for South Africa and the Boers?

You should really shut the fuck up about topics you know nothing about nor even pretend to care about.
