I used to hang around a gay bar in college and you'd think that gay bars would be a more peaceful setting, but they're not. There were always plenty of girls in the place, but the ratio was definitely always in favor of the guys, and so when you have a room full of guys, any fight always turns into an all-out brawl. Especially because these guys aren't dating any of the girls in the place, so they don't care about fighting in front of them.
I'm not gay, but I always hung out at that bar because they had better bands, nicer pool tables, it was bigger than most other bars in town and was always packed, and I liked fighting.
