19352259 No.19352259[DELETED]  [Reply] [Original]

I am starting to believe that all our suffering is some kind of minor key in the immense symphony God is writing. The world is just brimming with purpose and meaning, even its most desperate and awful shades. It just rings with this calamitous reckoning of being even in its smallest, most dire and mean fluctuations. I have this presentiment of something unspeakably large and wondrous appearing in my mind, like the sky turning to a dream pattern of Northern Lights aching against a cold black sea. It is exultant and terrified and commanding and glowing, glowing in some light which is God and godless endless expanse.

I can see it. But I can't hear it.

A couple of things:
1. there's no God
2. you can't write
3. the bleeding, pus-filled wound between your legs is rapidly closing
4. I don't think 'exultant' means what you think it means

>I am starting to believe that all our suffering is some kind of minor key in the immense symphony God is writing

You are not far from the kingdom of God.

>Suppose a musician in an orchestra freely strikes a sour note. The conductor is competent, the music is correctly scored and easy to play, but the musician still exercises his freedom by introducing a discord which immediately passes out into space. The director can do one of two things: he can either order the selection to be replayed, or he can ignore the discord.
>Fundamentally, it makes no difference which he does, for the false note is travelling out into space at the rate of more than a thousand feet per second; and as long as time endures, there will be discord in the universe.
>Is there any way to restore harmony to the world? It can be done only by someone coming in from eternity and stopping the note in its wild flight.
>But will it still be a false note?
>The harmony can be destroyed on one condition only. If that note is made the first note in a new melody, then it will become harmonious.

>This is precisely what happened when Christ was born.
>There had been a false note of moral discord introduced by the first man which infected all of humanity.
>God could have ignored it, but it would have been a violation of justice for Him to do so, which is, of course, unthinkable.
>What He did therefore, was to ask a woman, representing humanity, freely to give Him a human nature with which He would start a new humanity.
>As there was an old humanity in Adam, so there would be a new humanity in Christ.

There is a Dostoevsky quote on just this theme... on the wondrousness that will follow this world and redeem a thousandfold everything that has occurred within it... a beautiful sentiment, though I don't believe it

Rationalization of suffering is so lame if you do it with assumption that there is a greater incomprehensible plan that must lead towards some undefined greater good. This is basically just a cope, you don't say anything of value.
It's much saner to accept suffering at moments when you witness great beauty and feel ecstatic. If things came to that point in this horrible world, and beauty outweights it's horrors, all suffering was for that moment and it can be justified. The world is reborn. And then suffering counter starts again, hopefully leading to next beautiful reset.
This is how it feels like when you cum but she still suckin.

It's a very chaotic, noisy, and dissonant symphony then. It's closer to power electronics or noise music than it is to Mozart or Haydn.

Op stop being a pseud that does not accept suffering as a foundational aspect of our reality. Please stop being a stupid utilitarian saying that this void is a symphony god is writing.
