I guess I have read Fiona Mosley (meh), Francine Prose (decent but not remarkable), Sally Rooney (shit prose but good insights into how millennials and zoomers think), Louise Gluck (pretty good), and Joy Harjo (ok but not as good as Gluck).

Outside of Harjo though I'm not aware of any *poc* woman who I should be reading. The two big ones I can think of (Angelou [dreadful author] and Morrison [painfully mediocre]) are dead. Who should I be reading if I want to cover that base?
