Let me take the OP as an example. He starts off with a ridiculous, absurd claim that women do not want or care at all about having their thoughts align with reality, and that, in fact, a woman hates having her thoughts align with reality. One would hope ridiculous claims would be backed up by ridiculously strong evidence proportional to the ostensible absurdity of the claim, but what do we find next? A horribly sloppy sophistic pseudo-proof for someone who is apparently a genius: that women lie and are concerned with appearance implies, to Nietzsche, that they hate truth. But why would you lying to others necessitate that you want to lie to yourself? It doesn't. Why would a concern with beauty and appearance necessitate that you do not want accurate ideas in your head? It doesn't. These things do not at all follow from each other. But, because he makes controversial pronouncements and adds unclear justifications with an arrogance rarely seen, then it strikes people as noteworthy.

No-one can know of the extent of Nietzsche's experience with women, but that doesn't stop them from confidently suggesting otherwise.
