You don't need to treat women badly. Just go from one affair to the next, and when you're old try to find prostitutes; if you're rich and stay fit, there are many decently-looking 50yo women you'll be able to date (and leave as soon as they want something serious).
If you want to marry so as not to live a lonely old age, marry when you're 65 with some 45yo Slav or Filipino woman.
If you want a son, pay for someone to get pregnant for you.
