What books should I read/study in order to equip myself with a better overall conceptual framework for understanding heavy spiritual or philosophical /lit/ and the human condition I general? My IQ is somewhat average.

Start off with the Kybalion. It has a commentary to help you along. Then manly p halls secret teachings of all ages and/or Evola's Hermetic tradition. They'll help you with the deeper symbolism and certain keys. Then give the Bible a go. If that's not resonating try gnosticism especially the Gospel of Thomas. Good look.
