No because forensic science and law only goes so far. They have to follow a code of conduct and politicians are slow to update laws. So if you spray bleach on bullet holes, finger prints or blood although they know there is blood, finger prints and bullet holes it becomes impossible to test forensically and can not be used as evidence in court.
