They don't really have "true forms". I've seen some even say that Ezekiel had a demonic encounter because angels in his vision didn't look like humans with wings. I guess it shows how people gain their knowledge about their religion from art and culture that surrounds them.

That is not an angel. Basically the bible said god had multiple servants ranging from angels to spirits. Those things are one of the spirits so calling them an angel is akin to calling a demon a fairy.

I just read some of Enoch 1. the archangels pleaded with God on behalf of men, although they did mention that God of course already knew everything they were pleading about. God did however order them to specific tasks which they carried out, for instance jailing errant angels and causing war among mankind and making contact with Noah. You're trying to ascribe a material form to a supernatural entity, which is likely a wasted effort. In reality, they can likely appear however they need to according to their purpose. Biblically they appear at times as both humanoid in figure or as indescribable entities depending on what verse you're reading. Take Balaam's encounter in Number 22 of a figure in the road wielding a sword or the angels that came to Sodom in Genesis 19 who looked like handsome men (so much so that the Sodomites tried to rape them). Meanwhile, Ezekiel 10 are, well, kind of hard to describe. Pic related.
