Check out the lectures too. He mentioned being in the process of writing the book during one of his series I watched but my favourite series was his one on extreme Christianity (like the Quakers lol)

The real difference is that that doctrine will never be accepted in the Church, for the Deposit of Faith is protected, but if enough "delegates" from the Sino-Baptist Confessional Lutheran Whatever Synod vote for it, then it could become accepted doctrine for them and whoever is the losing party will just branch off and form a new church.
