Dover honestly could have pulled this 90s shit, if they chose a better font for author name, used a subtler gradient, and made the Dover tag straight and a upper portion consistent color.

I think the new is better, but barely. The old was incredibly tacky, and the new is more recognizable and brand consistent. But it is still ugly. DESU they should have picked a more mature blue, such as shades used in French brands.

The curve is distinct, may distinguish itself from Penguin and Oxford, but man is the curve's bar ugly.
