You go out of your way to include people like Evola and Rand and miss on some other names. Somehow Searle and Dennett made it on your USA list, but not Quine? How do you have Putnam and Kripke on your list without Quine? Greece is in a league al it's own being the first language to influence the canon, it set the standard. If you take Latin and Italian as one tradition it also can't be compared to other national traditions in sheer scope, quality and influence. After that it's the UK. France comes close. But German and Russian literature and philosophy can't be seen as anything but a reaction to the West. They simply weren't as original or as influential. If you disagree you confuse your personal taste for cultural importance.
