This is perhaps the best answer but I would also mention Patrick Deneen who wrote "Why Liberalism Failed".

I think Deneen is the only right-winger who grapples with the real source of all contemporary problems, namely liberal ideology and capitalism.

At that point, I realized why OP's question was fucking stupid. This century is too wet behind the ears to have produced anything in the way of a canon of heavy hitting intellectuals yet.

But that much is to be expected from an OP that presumably thinks attention whoreing cringe grifters like Fuentes count as "thinkers"

Watch these, and then read his book about beauty as well as the book on architecture, then start with those two or three books that came out in the past 10 years which I believe are "How to be a Conservative", "Fools Frauds and Firebrands" and maybe another. Then you can read his all those main works and essays he wrote from the 80's to 90's about Conservatism such as from the Salisbury Review. The Soul of the World, Sexual Desire and On Modern Culture are very good as well.

How is being anti-Israel conservative? Tucker doesn't sit there and talk about Israel non-stop because it's actually almost irrelevant if you don't hate Jews or aren't Muslim. If anything, being pro-Israel has been the conservative position since at least the post-war era.

>> No.15778217

It might not be irrelevant and a lot of his success comes from being willing to explore why Jews and Israel are so influential in America when the mainstream parties won't question it. Does this really have to be unpacked for you
