Yeah anon. Currently with lockdown I just do a dumbell workout, but hope to go back to being a blessed gymcel if they ever open again. For starter home workout all you need is a cheap pull up bar (just slots onto the door) and some second hand dumbells (ideally adjustable so you can slowly increase weight). Don't listen to meme home workout guides which tell you to do 100 different things. The trick is: a few different exercise, at maximum effort and maximum weight. Thus, you overload your muscles, breaking them down and forcing them to grow. This is why I recc the pull up bar, as it will provide the maximum overload effect for a cheap home workout setting.

Simple routine:
Pull ups (back)
Push ups (chest)
Dumbell shoulder press (shoulders)

If you want to have healthy shoulders you should get some exercise bands to do facepull exercises as well. Check out jeff cavalier youtube channel for the gloss on these.

Ultimately you would need to move onto a gym, but everyone should start with a home workout anyway. I wish you well anon.
