Which in turn evolves into barbarism. The second you let people who are less intelligent with people who are highly intelligent, the latter get destroyed. It's why the public even private schools nowadays force it so bad. Highly intelligent people get bullied literally to death(they simply kill themselves, many such cases) or their brain atrophies and becomes unusable from all the stress coming from constant bullying and humiliation. Egalitarianism in this form is anti-intellectual and destructive. There is a reason why low and highly intelligent people segregate. This is how the Communistic countries destroyed their intelligentsia and why they never recovered and never will, it were pure dysgenics at action, they killed them or completely repressed them either as prison politics or as manual laborers they couldn't keep with.

Intelligent people have no issues fitting in even within a school environment, it’s the simply the people who are physically weak and or have poor social skills (who often cope by attributing it to intelligence).

I write this as someone who was physically tortured at school to the point where if we were just 2 years older there would be prison time involved

Because of the compulsion - in real life when you don’t want to spend time with people you can mostly remove yourself from that situation. Places like school, prison and if you have conscription the military hell you can even see it in siblings who have to share bedrooms not only prevent this but force you to stay in a very close proximity.

Like up to about 135ish its socially advantageous to be intelligent, but beyond that it gets hard. Even when people are objectively nice to you, you have very little in common which makes forming friendships harder.

Even if you have the skills to make others like you, this doesn't change the fact that theres a limit on how close you will feel to them.

Ofc other factors affect all this, so you can get a 160+ who is happy with their social life, but those are anomalies. The level of intelligence you are surrounded with is also important. If someone highly intelligence finds a club or society where they meet others at a similar or closer level, they can more easily form meaningful friendships.

"That being said, /lit/ is a midwit board so ofc its all you're fault and you just weren't well adjusted enough to appreciate this totally not unhealthy society. "

Deinstitutionalize the lie of egalitarianism and remove all the chains and burdens which restrict intelligent people for the sake of morons and the otherwise lesser. There should be nothing holding them back any further.
Meanwhile, everyone is made acutely more aware of intellectual differences and how mental superiority and inferiority is concretely real with observable effects, and ought not to be downplayed. Intelligence and Intellectualism have been attacked for decades now, even with something as apparently innocuous as "multiple intelligences" bullshit that aims to further de-emphasize the worth of legitimately smart people.

Simply put it's to stop telling smart people they aren't better than anyone else, and that they have a gift nobody else but them can exercise, and that they should do it. If nothing else but this were to change, and we still had situations where a bright young individual comes across a dim-witted boss, they can at least bare it, calculate their moves to gain the upper hand, and never feel like they're the ones who have the problem, as is so often the case nowadays sadly.

It is objectively true. Most people are worthless scum who mire superior people and thereby prevent the advancement of the species. Intelligence is probably the number one issue separating humans of worth from those with little or no worth entirely---it's what inspires something like opposition to genetic modification of humans to start removing dumb genes and begin birthing every baby as increasingly intelligent. Another issue our society has is that we have zero conception of how to actually hone someone's intellect in a productive way, regardless of how naturally intelligent they are. Lost Causes are, in my current view, rarer than I'm giving the impression of; it's just we don't know how to get the maximum smartness out of anyone through education, pharmaceuticals, mindfulness techniques, games, what have you.

So your question is a really important one but not one that can be answered at the moment because of preliminary ones such as above: how do you do the best you can to make someone the smartest they can possibly be? And, what is the baseline or minimum threshold for satisfactory intelligence?

We would already have answers to the above by now if the movement hadn't been stifled by violent reactions to things like The Bell Curve.

Nietzche's style is annoying. People are better off reading analyses and summaries and quotations where he gets to the point.

For example, try reading the Dawn of Daylight. Nietzche's aphorisms are titled like dissertations but are written like minute points in the middle of a long discussion---that is, almost totally irrelevant to the whole of the subject and of little use to anyone.

I'd recommend reading LaVeyan Satanism instead. Even The Sith Code gives a good glimpse into the concept. The Ubermensch isn't about intelligence really or general superiority at all. It's about mental fortitude and authenticity.

>wouldn't this just create depression and suicide among the stupid?
No, because the lower intelligence don't care about others' abstracted capacities enough to bother themselves with this sort of inferiority. They get envious of how much better looking someone else is, how popular they are, how much money they make, how often they get to travel, how fine their cars and clothes and dining and boarding is---all concrete concerns. Intelligence is practically invisible and already hardly valued or thought about at all. What would happen is every child gets taught what intelligence is, how it's manifested, and what the end results of it are, and this education gets reinforced in adult. How precisely? That's another discussion too long for right now.

>How would you prevent the downtrodden to not revolt against the intelligentsia who belittle them.
What makes you think they'd be downtrodden? Ugly people can still live their lives. Poor people can still live their lives. Stupid people will still live their lives. The sooner we become honest about how all these conditions place one at a disadvantage, the sooner we can learn how to effectively empower the disadvantaged without making superiority disadvantageous---that is, correct their inferiority. We already have plastic surgery for the ugly on a phenotypical level, though not yet genetic therapies.

>I say this because I am dumbass and feel great pain from being inferior. So much pain that I think about fucking snapping (yeah) on people.
Because you have no recourse to help yourself. Nootropics still are unproven to remedy the issue. Nobody knows what sort of book reading or brain exercises will get the job done. You have every right to be pissed and feel cheated.

That is the primary form of inferiority I feel. I read that psych article that popularized the NPC meme and have been trying my hardest to use my inner monolgue more, but so often I find I don't know what to think about or just feel too tired. Watching interviews of people like David Foster Wallace and just marveling at what must go on inside their head. I feel like this obsession itself is stupid and I should just live my life but I just feel robbed of higher thinking experiences.

Indeed, what most people want is a comfortable life with all of their worries taken care of. They don't care about ambition or autonomy. And this is the sort of person who won't be bothered by knowing how dumb they are so long as they can still get by. They should be removed from the way of the intelligent, that is what is important, not so much that they need to stop existing to the point of requiring a genocide.

>> No.15729889

Sounds to me like you're more worried about just not being interesting to other people, which falls into the "popularity" concern. It's ultimately a utopian idea, and so doomed to failure (possibly taking civilizations down with it). I do agree that it's advantageous to have proportions of people with differing capacities (you don't want everyone to be 'autistic' for example), but only to a degree (actual retards are a drain). The problem is that egalitarianism never stops at uniform treatment under the law (if that was ever the case), which is where it should stop... This dual status is sometimes referred to as being a bully-victim. Bully-victims seem to be the most troubled. They tend to exhibit more emotional issues like low impulse control and self-esteem as well as social issues, such as the inability to interpret social cues or make friends.[17] They may begin with pre-existing issues with behavior and emotion, and more often come from dysfunctional families.[17] Childhood bully-victims also fare worse in adulthood than 'pure' bullies or victims.[17] Across multiple areas, bully-victims had the greatest impairment in adult functioning and worse health outcomes including the diagnosis of a serious illness or psychiatric disorder.[17] Bully-victims had similarly poor outcomes in educational achievement as bullies and also shared similar likelihood to some of the measured risk behaviors, all status groups showed impairment in some categories like wealth attainment and social relationships.[17]
