I assume you mean in the sense of most "beautiful" or "pure." In that case, I would have to say either painted art or music. I'd probably say paintings are better than music, though. There's not really any basis for this that I have (although I think the painter has much more freedom to do what he wants than a musician, along with being able to take in a painting all at once as compared to a musical piece), but although I haven't seen many paintings, the ones that I have seen have provoked much more emotion out of me than really any other medium. Christian paintings especially are extremely good in my opinion.
