really, theyre perfect compliments. science can tell us a lot about measurable, observable things. philosophy picks up when science cant go any further. also philosophy is the initial instinct behind science.

The two are distinctly different activities, even if they revolve around the same subject. You don't become a wise man from reading philosophy, just like you don't get good in video games from reading /v/.
