Your in focused thinking mode too often for too long meaning your using all your energy on one thing.
If you care about analyzing the book or even getting something out of it shorten how long you read and remember to relax to allow diffuse thinking. Dont put to much pressure into reaching a goal and just focus on the process itself to avoid wanting to procrastinate
