It is rather silly. The bottom line is (from the Amazon publishing website) "we reserve the right not to sell certain content, such as pornography or other inappropriate material.". Amazon has enough low-pay wagies to check this shit, so I don't want to run the risk.

Also under their offensive content guidelines coronameron probably breaks a fair few, but previous /lit/ publications haven't been pulled yet, so I won't remove any of the pieces which may break those guidelines on written content. Sorry for no proper updates today, pretty tired and my minds starting to protest against my sitting at a computer all day typing (had a brief minute where I totally forgot what I was doing and was rather confused as to why I was editing erotica, businness as usual). Sorry for the lack of updates today. But no need to worry, I am working hard to ensure you lovely anons may tell the ladies you're a published author. No changelog today because the changes are too numerous to list. I've reformatted everything to be fit for publishing on Lulu and doing further tweaking for a good reading experience. Major work today has been going through word by word to edit it for the final step: readability. The basic design philosophy of this is: unless there is a clear stylistic use of certain grammar/spelling, I am editing it. I have thusfar avoided deleting anything and I will keep it that way, I aim to only add/remove commas and fullstops, and capitalise where appropriate. So far I am at page 50 out of 760, however I have been relatively slow today due to needing to sort out an academic presentation, so I aim for at least 100 pages tomorrow. Lulu printing limit is 740 pages, but I am fairly confident that with good editing I can cut off 30 or so pages. If people think that's a bit of a ridiculous page count I can reduce the font size, however this would be at the cost of readability. In other news Fore! is still unironically a really good album.

Hey, I'm the anon who made that image. Is the idea still that we don't want to have any references (besides numerous one in the text itself...) to /lit/ / 4chan on the title page, front matter, etc., to give the idea this actually a collection of insane/avantgardist writings? (Or not, since it does still say "by /lit/ - literature" in the listed draft?) If so, one might not want to have "/lit" on the cover. I can change that. Do we have a (fake) publisher name we'd like to put it out as? Otherwise I could just move things up one level and have it say "literature / series / volumes [square] 1-2-3" instead.

As for a back cover (sorry, I think I'm too busy to do one myself), but, following the front, I would then suggest also taking as a cue the semiotexte style (pic related). Which is rather simple: it would mainly be the blurb set in Garamond (EB Garamond in our case), ideally starting at the same height or thereabouts as the "Anonymous" of the front cover; and below the isbn (in Helvetica or Helvetica Neue). And the easiest would be on a plain colored background (with text in white), similar color to front (say, #897E76).

Finally someone would also have to do the spine. Conforming to this design, it would be (sideways), in Helvetica (Neue), starting from the height of "Anonymous" on front: title (Coronameron), then about a tab in space, author (Anonymous) in a slightly smaller size, and optionally, in even smaller size, a publisher name at the bottom, at same height as bottom text on front. Determining the width of the spine depends on the amount of page numbers however (and the thickness of the paper on Lulu); there must be ways of calculating it.

PS - I might actually be able to draw up a quick back cover tomorrow, but this shouldn't deter anyone else from doing something.

It might just be on my end opening it in Word, maybe there's a blank page I don't see, but when jumping from roman to arabic numerals, when I view it page 1 (and all subsequent odd numbers) is on the verso page instead of the recto... (Is that right? Maybe it's safer to insert a manual blank page (as p. x; or p. viii could be blank and the intro being ix-x) (with like one white space on it) than an automatic one, if that's what you did?--because again, maybe it's just displaying wrong for me.)
The dedication "To, Mother" is in another font than the standard, and so is the title and copyright page (which, as others have noted, mentions /lit/, intentionally or unintentionally (I don't mind)).
