This is a good take but I think it will be more piecemeal than an attempt at absolute truth. I think we've seen that absolute truth doesn't really work/isn't achievable in our present state (the Death of God) but also the postmodernism only leads to bitter nihilism and death. I think we'll realize that small truths are better and more obtainable, and will keep us afloat in the sea of infinite uncertainty.

This isn't to say that absolute truth won't make a resurgence because I'm sure it will be, especially in the Islamic world.
