ADHD is caused by excessive sexual activity (masturbation, sex, etc) which downregulates dopamine receptors and floods you with prolactin. You're left being a cumbrain that cannot focus on anything. The fact you chose this as your thread picture is proof of this.

Munchausen syndrome by proxy by neurotic mothers ( I READ AN ARTICLE MY LITTLE JOHNNNY HAS ADHD BECAUSE HE WANTS ME TO PAY ATTENTION TO HIM WTFT!!!!) followed by iatrogenic modifications to the brain through downregulation of dopamine receptors induced by the use of unnecessary CNS stimulant treatment at such an early age, which are either going to counterintuitively upregulate dopamine transporter availability in the case of MPH or will result in direct neurotoxicity in the case of amphetamine stimulants, which effectively does ensure that they will have ADHD as adults.

Get in a habit.
I recommend buying a textbook on some subject you want to learn about, and assigning yourself a designated number of chapters/pages/sections to read each day.

>strenuous exercise
>good sleep
>other people to shame you into doing things
>stimulants if it comes to that, but those can make it even worse if you use them wrong
Lock your phone in a lock box with a timer while doing things. The less you feed into distraction the easier it will get. Give yourself small goals with reading, not just length of time but page count. Get out of the places where you stagnate, like your bedroom, as much as possible. Make stupid tiny goals and write them down, shit like brushing your teeth and unloading the dishwasher. Our retard brains love checking off tasks. Stop playing video games if you do. If you can starve your overstimulated brain enough, you can direct that hunger onto books. Everything is about creating momentum and keeping it going, free time is poison.
Good luck anon, it's difficult to manage, but if can you will be leagues ahead of people without it.
