The only book i've ever given a woman that i later had sex with is neuromancer.
Or maybe we had already had sex by that point, it was a long time ago.

You can talk to women for as long as you like. It doesn't guarantee anything for getting laid. At least a book provides new ideas for getting somewhere.

I am from an Iranian background and have read Rumi in Persian and can recite some of his poems from memory. I am ashamed to ask, but would this get me laid? Should I mention it to girls?

The book suggested that if you weren't comfortable with approaching women, you could just try the personal ads (this was back in 2000). I responded to an ad and met a girl named Kamala. She was 20, biracial, kinda thicc. She was in college, studying black cinema. I was really into film and figured we'd at least have stuff to talk about on a date. She had free tickets to see the movie "Finding Forester" with Sean Connery, so we met up to see it that Friday. We met up 30 minutes before the movie and I just did what the book said. Things seemed to go well.

After the movie she asked me what I thought about it and I said something pithy about the white savior trope and she gave me this look like "Holy shit white boy, I am going to fuck your brains out." And then she asked me if I wanted to come back to her place.

Once we got there, I told her I didn't usually have sex on the first date and she said neither did she, and then we had sex.

I have since discovered that if you tell girls you'd like to wait to get to know them before jumping in bed, they usually jump right into bed. It's weird.

Because that's a codeword for "I'm not some sleazy pickup artist, just a regular non-creepy guy"

Are you a woman? All regular non-creepy guys would go to great lengths to have sex as soon as possible. Only a woman wouldn't know this.

It’ll give you an edge. All women like poetry, and rumi has a special appeal to women.
I remember lying in bed next to a Turkish girl and she started quoting rumi to me in Persian, and it gave me chills. I didn’t understand it. But if poetry can provoke you even if it’s in a foreign tongue you know it’s good.

>Redpill garbage in 2020

Embarrassing. Truly embarrassing.

The community of the 'manosphere' is basically dead at this point because everyone realized that 'the redpill' was just a circle jerk of anecdotes and wildly misinterpreted evolutionary biology.

Almost every single 'red pill' author is a miserable loser.
