fuck. i just need to move and start over from scratch. fuck this shit is hard enough for normies to do, but its like damn near impossible when you're just a lone autist. best bible for me is the knox. i don't like that the douay rheims is basically a rip off of the kjv, same thing with the rsv2ce, its just catholic versions of protestant translations. knox just straight up translated the vulgate. even the NAB at least is a catholic translation, despite its flaws. i'm looking forward to the fifth edition they're working on. in any case, english bibles are kind of a meme and i would rather learn latin, but i'm too lazy and demoralized to really put in much effort to anything anymore. also, aquinas' catena aurea is the best commentary on the gospels.

If you use anything newer than the vulgate you are spitting in the face of god.

Modern versions are corrupy including nkjv and catholic bibles. Kjv is the preserved word of God in the English language.
