It's true, I got into reading to learn and masturbate mentally. Now I do it for pure entertainment. Now, that doesn't mean I just read genre fiction all day. I am still entertained by reading philosophy. Understanding some kind of system, a new way of thinking about things based on autistically railroading to a predetermined point and then examining my actions and thoughts through that filter for a week or two is a fun thing to do.
