That's not at all similar to the globalist creed of sending tens of millions of migrants in to radically alter the local culture of civilization.
Kant also wrote in defense of the death penalty from a respective of retribution, as in, the murderer should be killed because he deserves it, and because it's justly consistent with his own behavior. And he defended this position strongly, as far as that, if society were to dissolve, it should still execute the last worthy criminals in its possession. That view is inherently against neoliberalism and egalitarianism. Can you think of a single leftist philosopher who promotes the death penalty? Maybe, but I'd say almost none of them support it. One of the main principles of modern leftist thought is that rehabilitation will always be valued over retribution, and that State should never kill criminals.
Kantian ethics and epistemology are also inherently against modern leftist thought. And that's not a diatribe, it's exactly what any honest leftist would say. See Peter Singer for what modern leftist philosophy looks like, in ethics. Human life is not inherently valuable or an intrinsic good in leftist thought, generally speaking.
