Does bloomer philosophy exist that isn't new age trash?

Absolutely not. Anguish is all there is, there are only coping mechanisms and they are all legitimate.

New Age has devolved into a slur for anything that goes against radical materialism. Read Prometheus Rising by Robert Anton Wilson. You don't have to believe everything in it but you should at least try some of the exercises.

This is actually a really exact description of me. I'm even 27. A woman on the bus once offered me a night in a hotel. I don't get the Erika reference tho. But anyway, my inner energy comes from the indwelling Christ. Read the scripture anon and bloom.

Yes, there are ek-static and euphoric strains throughout all of classical and modern philosophy

Deleuze-Bergson-Nietzsche-Spinoza
Postmodern theology
Plato's orphism
Neoplatonism>>13951949
Hegelianism

Sloterdijk is a recent philosopher of "emotions" and "self-improvement".

This is what i've come up with as far as categorizing the philosophies behind the Wojak Doomer/Bloomer and the clown pepe.

Bloomer = Existentialism
Doomer = Nihilism
Clown Pepe = Absurdism

Of course if you are looking to develop your own philosophical worldview you should probably look beyond semi obscure internet trends.

Well, I would reiterate about Prometheus Rising. It's become a really solid foundation for me, I basically filter every bit of data I come across through Bob's guerilla ontology. It's especially crucial in this field because we have to wade through the commercial new age stuff people on this thread are yelling about. Clearly they don't know how to discern the actual trash from the good stuff, but they are right that there is a lot of trash out there..

But you're talking about useful, I mean, the Monroe tapes are incredibly useful. And if you think you can get access to safe LSD, Lilly's writings are fucking crucial.

But you can't actually prove anguish or suffering is any more 'real' than pleasure or joy. So isn't labelling one 'cope' and the other 'realism' an entirely arbitrary decision? You can argue that one is more motivated to see the positive so thus it is a more disingenuous position, but this is not a very intellectually rigorous position. You cannot really divine a persons true motivations without a certain degree of psychoanalysis which is fundamentally too subjective. I personally am miserable as a result of my own vanity, I wish I was taller and richer and more attractive so I am miserable about not being those things. However this 'suffering' is rooted in vanity, specifically that if I were to actually accept my own mediocrity I would be mediocre, whereas if I rage against it I am somehow 'better' than the body I am in. So again how am I any less delusional than an excessively optimistic person? In conclusion the word 'cope' cannot be accurately ascribed to any belief system as it would require an insight into the believers psyche which is impossible. A person could be happier in the absence of their beliefs yet still cling to them.

Purpose creates these kinds of people, but in order to find true purpose you have to cultivate your garden, experience the world, and from that construct your own meaning. The nihilist hasn't seen or done anything worth note, he chooses one lens through which he sees the universe, he is the author of his own anguish and lethargy, and the one that explores the summits and ravines of experience, who rides the rollercoaster of life with his eyes open to the beauty as well as the ugliness, and chooses to embrace the former is a true chad. The nihilist is a fucking cancer to society, and should he persist in his crusade to erode meaning, he should be steered toward suicide by the hands of society.
