You may view yourself as some pinnacle of reason and intellectual rigor but I can assure you that you are incredibly reliant on massive amounts of mythology that you have very little understanding of for moral/behavioral orientation. We can all do the dance where we pretend people can make these decisions for themselves but those who have power over the mythology of society (whether it be via religious institutions as it was in the past or the quasi-religious institutions of media today) control the way that pretty much everyone is going to gauge their actions and possible avenues of response. What are you talking about? Massive amounts of art and literature has come out of things which people describe as "fascist" today (though it also doesn't help that academics literally call everyone from Plato to Wagner fascist/racist/etc). If you're talking about the specific 21 year Italian Fascist political movement, then yes the artistic output of that period was fairly limited but massive amounts of art is either directly influenced by fascistic thinking/writing/art, or directly a result of fascistic political public arts projects.
