Micro and macro though, so you can continually annoy right wingers with the fact that economists have a neoclassical+keynesian synthesis as the orthodoxy.

If you're white, none, whites aren't proletarian anymore, they are not exploited on net. If you're not white, then:
Pretty much everything by Marx and Engles is useful.
Everything by Lenin.
Problems of the Economics of the USSR, Foundation of Leninism and Dialectical and Historical Materialism by Stalin.
Everything by Mao is useful, but especially On Contradiction.

Well yeah. Was this 1918 I wouldn't be saying whites had no revolutionary potential. But since the mid-20th century, all whites except East Germans proved beyond a doubt they are not proletariat or willing to struggle against capitalism. Why? Because now they benefit from imperialism. The capitalists bribe them with super-profits extracted from the third world. So no, whites aren't proletarian and they prove it everyday, especially on here.

There is no far left book worth reading other than Marx. Even so, Marx can be succinctly summarized as "capitalism exploits" without losing anything of value from the text. Typically, the more to an extremum on leans, the more one is willing to things that are intellectually disingenuous and discontinuous with reason. The far left, as a quasi ideology, is no different.

If you mean basic liberal books, read Locke, Rosseau, J.S. Mill, Kant, and so on. I'm afraid, though, that liberalism as an ideology is faltering in a number of academic areas and only exists in our form of governance to prolong exploitation.

Das Kapital yes
Anti-Oedipus no
A Thousand Plateaus no
Society Must Be Defended no
Security, Territory, Population no
The Birth of Biopolitics yes
Society of the Spectacle yes
The Culture Industry no (it's literally fucking plain as daylight at this point, and you'll be able to write the idea in the same silly fucking manifesto-style imperative voice if you just take two minutes to think about Society of the Spectacle. Adorno is the Snoop Dawg to Debord. The first of a long line of pretenders.)
Postmodernism, or, The Cultural Logic of Late Capitalism no
Cosmopolitics can't say
Psychopolitics can't say
The Burnout Society no

Literally just Weber x Baudrillard x Kant x Marx man. Deleuze or Guattari are literally upside-down world in respect to the Hegelian dialectic. Not congruent, per se, with what one would expect out of the "far left" must-reads.

That's fair to say. I have no disagreement there and I think that's an insight that flew right over my head, thanks anon. I think that Weber scratches the itch for contemporary historical tethers that would otherwise be filled with shitlord Spengler. I also think that Weber informs quite a bit of McLuhan, who in turn informed Baudrillard and Virilio. I like to think as Weber as a joker-card in the "far left" reading catalog.
