Stupid OP spent too much time on /fit but I'll bite

I can do 185x5 with little to no warm up which is enough to earn respect at an average commercial gym. For years I cared about 225x5 as a huge benchmark achievement but now I think it's more important to be well rounded across cardio and more importantly knowledge. I wish I read a little more in my college days and lifted a little less
