In terms of books-
Have you ever lost a book, /lit/? Where? Why? And does it still hurt? Will you replace it?
I left my copy of The Metamorphosis on the counter of a convenience store, and all I wanted to do was buy a sandwich. I miss it, it was a nice edition with a bunch of letters and critical essays I'll never get to read now.
