Yeah somewhat, but Marx also reverses Hegel in that he explicitly confronts his idealism. For Hegel the Idea structures the material but for Marx materiality is primary. Put in another way Hegel’s dialectic is a dialectic of thought while Marx’s is one of economic development.

Also, a point for Hegel which is tied to his dialectic is that philosophical insight is always retrospective, whereas Marx holds that the task of philosophy is to make a change in the world.
