Ambient music. I listen to the sound of rain and the noise of mechanical fans. I live in a non-reading household. Loud jeers from noontime shows always pervade my reading. Ambient music has been helpful for me.

Boards of Canada can be too distracting at times.

I used to listen Ambient 2: Plateaux Of Mirror by Brian Eno, MONO & World's End Girlfriend - Palmless Prayer and William Basinski - Disintegration Loops and pic related as well. But >>12935388 is right, it's so much better don't listen to any music while reading.
