except that's bullshit since we are being bombarded with pollutants in every city, carcinogenic chemicals on every street, electro-magnetic waves of every sort (5G is spectrum-based imperialism - /it/ wishes to expand its control to the entirety of the electromagnetical spectrum ), most western nations enforce mandatory injections for kids, you are forced to look at vile, insidious advertisements anytime you go out. Most people aren't free to eat healthy food, it's a luxury in most western countries (sometimes straight up impossible) There are live streaming cameras with facial recognition in EVERY western cities now, microphones in every lamp posts. You cannot go through a single 1k+ town in the whole of the western world without being caught on camera

Yes, I hate it too, and ironically I'm grateful that I came to live in a hideous, noisy city because it's what woke me up and made me conscious that this is no life for humans, or animals for that matter.
At this point I'm just waiting for someone to buy this house so I can move to a small city/big town with my family, after that we'll see.

Did I mention 5G and vaccines being detrimental to one's health? No.
There is a third position, aside from being a docile science-loving sodomite or an anti-institution paranoid schizophrenic, you know.. Like not the basis of whether or not it is detrimental or beneficial to you. I've met a poor senegalese fisherman in Africa, who summed it up best; "Le Franc CFA? Bon ou pas, on en veut pas" This attitude is almost forbidden to the western, rationalized, man.

Both are still symptoms of the imperialist nature of the technological system. 5G aims for total, uncompromised dominance over the entire electro-magnetic spectrum - the untold, unforeseen implications are monstruous.
Vaccination campaigns are an all out war against the individual. I will not dwelve into this, as it must be obvious to anyone with an ounce of reason. This, of course, is overlooking the shady sides of the vaccine industry. Like Bill Gates, the son of a reknowned eugenist who worked on the founding board of the eugenist group Planned Parenthood, lauching massive global 'health' campaigns all over the world. Kek. I'm sure the son of a eugenist who actively worked towards the control of african-american demographics is a benevolent guy who is the exact opposite of his father..
Personal anecdote: I have met one of the most prominent doctor in my country. Extremely bright, joined med school at 14. She had a lot of high profile patients, like the prime minister. She falsfified vaccination papers. Make your own conclusions. But don't let the last paragraph take away from my initial point: Good or bad, we don't want vaccines, 5G, or mandatory -anything-.

No, yes, you're right. Good post. On the point of 5G, the only reason people give for wanting it is the same for, say, wanting a new cell phone when their current one works perfectly fine, "it's faster!"
EVERYTHING accelerates now, even the speed at which we get and read fucking memes.

One of the key takeaways from acceleration is that there's no exit except at the other end. That means we need to buckle up and "ride the tiger", so to speak. Find ways to make life more bearable. Religion is one of those ways.

He kind of did. Hegel is all about sistems, sistems require structure, which in turn means alienation. If you look at something, just by looking, you distance yourself from it, and so distort it til the point of reaching "machines of speech", refuting one another in a logical form created by them through making an object of the nothing that we surround or circle around through discourse. Kierkegaard's answer to Hegels system (and Hegel's igeniosity, meaning distorsion within his linguistic scheme) was concrete knowledge, historical here, the particular experience, etc.
I tell you, the question of futury is wether we choose ourselves absolutely or we get naked to the point of murdering the excrements of god (attributes), Kierkegaard or Nietzsche, Hegel just doesn't make sense anymore (he invented some useful words though)

>> No.12890661

>>12886920
Via a sense of humor, if one has it, since it's the universal bullshit detector. There are rare exceptions to that rule though, since the flip side to alienation is a lack of credulity when it comes to fictional projection. Francis Bacon's take on illusions is an example of that.

It's literally impossible. Technology has advanced to the point where your education and mental ability are insufficient to grasp the physical processes that govern your daily life, and so things have to be simplified into easy-to-grasp but inaccurate analogies.

But he is right, that's a perfect example of a simulacrum: A manufactured image of wear and tear. It's "fake" not because the physical wear isn't real - the fabric of the jeans really is worn down and torn - but because the physical deterioration implies old age and excessive usage that hasn't actually occurred.

There needn't be value judgement in making that observation.

Assume that a better future is possible than has ever before been actualized, better than you or anyone else can imagine, both for you personally and for others. Now find a path from the reality of the present to the potentiality of the future, a job which takes skepticism and imagination on both ends, a job that is never completed. Expect a high probability of failure, finding this path will not be easy, it requires patience and self-awareness. If you do not have the determination to proceed with a high probability of failure, failure is guaranteed. To find an exit requires desiring it more than anything, to be willing to suffer unimaginably for it if need be. How much you are willing to suffer is directly proportional to your chances of success.

The fuck is this "we" shit, "how will *we* escape from this hell?" There is no "we" anymore; "we" is vestigial refuse of the past. It's an outdated delusion. Now, there's only you, and how you feel compelled to condition yourself to perceive and engage the simulation.

There will be no escaping from the simulation, escape from it is as futile as the idea of running or hiding from yourself, for it is within you and it is you, just as much as you are within it and you are it. This does not mean, however, that you are obligated to be content with the artificial borders and boundaries inflicted upon you from without: you may be in prison, but you are not a prisoner, and ubiquitous and overbearing though the walls of the simulation may be, they are not immutable, nor are they even truly solid at all. They can be breached, manipulated, passed through, disregarded; nobody is making you play along with all the banal minutia of this shithole clown world you are trapped in. There may be a gun being held to your head with the demand that you give up your shekels in exchange for a pie to the face, but that does not mean you have to happily laugh along at the stupid, cliched, soul crushing antics of the simulation.

You must learn first and foremost to fortify yourself emotionally against these antics, and the manner in which they are most apt to affect you. You must build within yourself an interior bulwark to weather through the despair and emptiness the simulation inculcates, the alienation, confusion, anomie, the sense of being without a real history, the dread of the past and fear of the future, the aching yearning for something new and different and better. You have to face what the simulation does to you inside: as you can never escape it, you will either learn to rise above it all, or drown in your own shit.

stop reading there you fat faggot, if you knew anything about health or fitness you'd know that the best diets are some of the cheapest. since the average poorfag does not even lift weights, they can eat subsistence calories and therefore an adult can thrive on less than $150 of healthy food per month (southern USA), some people much less. I know this because despite not being poor my diet is extremely cheap, much cheaper than it was when I was a retard and didn't know anything about macronutrients or TDEE. poorfags are just stupid and buy expensive shit because they are bad at priorities and math, I also know this because I used to be such a person who bought all types of processed food and mcdonald's like what people on food stamps buy. the absolutely medieval understanding of nutrition (and health, and fitness, and just fucking anatomy) that most people have triggers me to no end and is a major failing of the education system REEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Here's some things that I do...

>No smartphone
So often on the bus I take a few casual glances around to see how many people are looking down at their phones. I see the usefulness in it, and the joy of staying in touch, of consuming information they're interested though that doesn't necessarily mean it's useful. What I do is typically observe, think, or read. Maybe write down ideas that come to my head on the little notepad I have every time I leave the house. I've since filled one out fully (still got it) and the one I'm currently using is nearly finished, just a few pages left, I need to buy a new one.

>Smile to people on the street if you make eye-contact
This generally results in a smile back, sometimes it looks kind of forced, other times it looks genuine. Might add a "good morning" or something like that which if I do, they often reciprocate.

>If you feel compelled to compliment a stranger on something, do it
The worst thing that happened, I found, is that I complimented a guy who had a leather hat. It genuinely did look cool. He gave a rather cold and dismissive "thanks" or "okay", to be fair he was in the middle of a conversation with someone on the sidewalk which I technically interrupted as I passed by. Perhaps that's why he seemed displeased. Maybe I was particularly scruffy or unshaven that day too, never know.

>Offer a quick joke in passing
I've been experimenting with jokes, I was once painfully socially inept and awkward but in the past couple years I've been really striving to get out of my comfort zone, interact with people more, and as mentioned, try telling jokes from time to time. My logic is this: if I succeed and they find enjoyment out of it, FANTASTIC! If I fail and it dies, which it has on a few occasions, so what? Think they'll remember it the next day? Or a week from now? A month? A year? It won't stick around forever and I LEARNED from it. "Okay, that doesn't work, I still gained from the experiment." Now I get a grin and a laugh virtually every time I crack a joke, and it feels incredible! I'm sure much of it has to do with my confidence, articulation, cleverness, and I generally present myself fairly well. I don't wear sweat-pants or t-shirts or hoodies. Button-up long-sleeve shirts, either blue jeans or black jeans (I've been preferring black for months), and black leather boots. Leather belt keeping the pants up nicely and a wooden cross hung around my neck.

So there's a few things that I find helps me find joy in day-to-day life. Also, my flip-phone only cost $100 and the monthly cost is only $10-15 per month, depending on the plan I choose. That's Canadian dollars, too.

Gonna try expanding on this a bit more, for better or worse...

>Show generosity
I don't always give money to pan-handlers, but I've been doing so more often. A loonie (one-dollar coin) or toonie (two-dollar coin) generally. Gave a $5 bill once. I also donate money to causes I believe in even though I myself generally live on less than $1500 CAD ($1120 USD or 860 British Pounds) a month typically, including rent/food/booze (I'm an alcoholic). I've donated to Sargon of Akkad (Carl Benjamin), I bought a VPN through Count Dankula (Marcus Meechan (pronounced me-can not me-chan)), sent some to Terrence Popp whom I have much respect for (recently posted a video detailing an instance when he was pretty badly wounded in Iraq but managed to pull through and make sure he didn't lose any of his men), also donated a modest $5 to the Trump wall GoFundMe (and they've raised $2,000,000 from $5 donations alone which could be enough for one mile of wall all on its own), and also paid for membership with Maxime Bernier's People's Party of Canada. I've always voted Conservative but I think Mad Max represents my views better than Andrew Scheer of the current Conservative Party of Canada.

>Don't tell lies
This one ties into my Christian faith, and also to what I've learned from Dr. Jordan Peterson who's likewise from Canada, in fact I've lived in Alberta too which is the Province he's from. All I can say is that, it works. Be honest and face any repercussions forthrightly, whatever they may be.

>Pray for your enemies
Alright I guess this one is specific to Christians (and perhaps Jews) since I don't know if Islam allows prayer on an individual basis or if it's only allowable during group prayer. Even with individual prayer, with their mat, facing Mecca alone... are they ever allowed to just 'free style' the prayer? To just say what's on their mind to Allah, to give personal thanks, to ask personally for help if applicable, or personally send out wishes that their God will help others? I imagine Muslims and Christians pray VERY differently, but anyhow, if not for my faith then I fully believe that I would presently be in prison and someone very specific would be in the ground. I do not say that lightly, and I am not trying to sound billy badass. I have had my eyes opened to the fact that I am capable of cold-blooded murder, with my bare hands no-less, and I'm thankful to God that I've been blessed with the wisdom of how that's not the answer even though it seems like the logical thing to do. Even the virtuous and selfless thing to do, to spare the world of him. Anyhow, I find that it helps, so I mention it. I just did it today, for the very man I struggle to not bring great violence to.

I've also been journalling for years, which can be enlightening sometimes though of course can also be saddening or depressing. Some pages bring me back to awful times in my past, but other pages, like February 27th, make me feel so grateful.

I won't elaborate for the sake of privacy but there is no way you know more than I do kek. You honestly sound like an autistic american who counts his calories(no offense). That's not what health is about. Anything wrapped in plastic is trash. The only thing I'll say is that I'm from the alps, and some very serious illnesses pushed my parents to become extremely knowledgeable about nutrition. They are literally avant-garde when it comes to health and food. My mom has been publishing nutrition literature for over 30 years. We've also lived in the US so I can compare. US food is an insult to human dignity. We strictly bought food off the local farmers market and various organic stores. Organic meat IS expensive all over the world, REALLY expensive. At least 2-3x as much as hormone-fueled "meat". You seem to think it's the education system's responsability to teach people how to eat correctly. kek. how could an institution teach you anything about authentic living? off with them.

More cell phone towers with a stronger effect on people's brainwaves making people crazier than they already are, and increase risks of tumors.
Cell towers are also suspected of being the culprit behind the drop in the bee population.
One protection against these may be silver lined curtains to hang on walls and windows with high amounts of electromagnetic penetration.

We don't, it's too far gone. The realization of a controlled noosphere is almost here, all the pieces are in place. I mean, of course there's the kill-switch to revert it somewhat back, nuclear war, but anything below that, won't work. We can only witness the refinement of our current cultural trends, fine-tuning of them until the eventual implosion of the humanity within us.
A term I've been mulling over, The Mandelbox Existence, meaning that no matter how far or in we go in the universe, the same representations will be found. Organisms within organisms, cells within cells within cells. Maybe once we amalgamate with the stronger conscience that is soon to be born, all cultural trends and movements dissolve, past will only live as a footnote of where we came from, not who we or it is. There is no escape, unless you're willing to kill billions.

You can't, because the second you genuinely believe that there is one, you're fucked. Even trying to argue that there isn't one is self-defeating, because why would you argue against something that doesn't exist? Anything against the simulacra immediately gives it justification by admitting that there is at least a concept with enough presence to merit an argument against it. That's what anyone who believes in it will say, at least, and until another construct comes along to displace it, they're not really wrong.

All you can really do is acknowledge that there is such a thing and leave it at that, because the whole, "HURRR LYFE HASZ NO MEANING BCAUSE SIMULACRA MUH PANOPTICON HURRR" gets you absolutely nowhere. It's like worrying that the Sun is going to burn out in five billion years--alright, fair point, but where does that kind of fatalism get you?

I hold it to be true that there's worth and contentment to be found in life if you want to look for it.

Cities of the future will just be towers filled with servers and drones and the occasional Indian/Autist. People will disperse and sort themselves into roaming bands of tech-nomads, subsisting off of same day Amazon drone deliveries, that merge and split off in to various boutique cultures lasting several weeks or months before being subsumed in to large flocks again. People will date and fuck who they want and who they love, but their gametes will be crypto-locked requiring the go-ahead from Tinder, which is now a eugenics program with full access to your genetic profile, to successfully reproduce. Children are kept in VR pods and play educational games for the first ten years of their life before being released in to the wild in batches to fend for themselves by forming their own swarm-culture before being allowed in to adult society.

Based af- terrifyingly so.

To OP:

Stop being spooked. It was always a simulation. We're just more afraid to see through it then ever. This is a subjective approach.

Objectively: either embrace the "joy of communication" as Baudi-boi called it, or anchor youself to the idea that it can be overcome. Someone else said something like 'admit how hard its gonna be' etc, someone else said Marxism-Leninism. These are fine answers. Escapism through rugged neo-pastoral individualism, as people have said, isn't escaping it but it will ameliorate its effects- probably to a tolerable degree I'd imagine.

Back to a subjective view; remember your not missing out on anything- how could you? Its a parade to hide the futility of it all anyway.

I won't bother providing it word-for-word, but I basically took the day off and went over all my sources of money (bank/prepaid MasterCard/wallet/Fiverr/Patreon), also mentioned that I got the rest of the money for the 7 paperback sales I made in person in a single day, and also some expenses I had to make. Ultimately, after it all, I still calculated about $1000, then realized something I'd forgotten to include so it turned out to be $1064. Even with that, I knew I needed to keep improving.

Then my landlord ended up buying one of my $8 paperbacks but just handed me $20, even though he knew the price was only $8. That made for 8 paperback sales. I note that February 2019 was (and still is) officially my 3rd most-profitable month (from an over 2-year period) and note how "I feel so fucking good, so happy... so grateful." Then, I got drunk. 11oz (about 330ml) of 75.5% rum, and I was sober the next day before then drinking again on March 1st when I had 12oz.

I appreciate and respect his Classical Liberal values, his willingness to speak his mind in the face of much opposition, and his sensible stance that a no-deal Brexit is the best option for the UK since the EU is corrosively authoritarian and doomed to failure. Looking forward to watching more Yellow Vest protests, live, next Saturday. The UK is leaving, Macron's a fool who should resign, Italy has already elected a Euroskeptic and anti-mass-migration Government, and more and more Governmental Parties are gaining traction who share similar traits including in Spain and Sweden. I anticipate Maxime Bernier here in Canada to get some seats in Parliament come October. The national embarrassment that is Trudeau j.r. will be kicked out and so the healing can begin. If I were in the UK, my party would be UKIP. I am in Canada so my vote is switching from Conservative to the People's Party of Canada, which sounds kinda Socialist but Mad Max is thoroughly Libertarian so he gets my vote regardless. He's going to do away with magazine restrictions. Fuck yeah.
